Benefits of Hypnotherapy

Personal Growth:
      Better Self-Control

Self-control is one of those funny yet interesting words we all know and so many times, wished we had more of. Self-control or lack there-of, like most conditions is based on many things and is not always the same across areas in your life. While you may have self-control while doing some things like driving, you may lack self-control from eating the whole pint of ice cream or drinking the whole bottle of wine.

While both are pleasurable, the long term effects will add up – sometimes very quickly. Self-control also starts to become an addiction or abuse problem as well, when left unchecked. The opposite side of self-control is over controlling or being a “Control Freak”. That popular and widely used expression permeates many aspects of not only your life, but others as well.

Hypnotherapy and coaching aids will allow you to understand how you use or don’t use self-control in your life, but more so - assist you in letting go of the unwanted traits associated with lack of control.

Core Question Testimonials
I really enjoyed reading the book and discovering new ways to look within myself. The beginning had me thinking, have I looked inside lately, do I understand what I think I see? I found the last third of the book embraced me and made me wonder, "what can I create next". Over all the book helped me to discover new things within myself that I had put on the back shelf, things that will open a bigger and brighter path in my future! Thank you for writing, for sharing and for a new direction....

It may be hard for an egg to turn into a bird: it would be a jolly sight harder for it to learn to fly while remaining an egg. We are like eggs at present. And you cannot go on indefinitely being just an ordinary, decent egg. We must be hatched or go bad.
