Handwriting Analysis The science of Graphology as it is otherwise called, gives a significant number
of clues into the character of an individual. Handwriting is known as an ideomotor response
meaning it comes directly from the subconscious mind.. While we need to be consciously aware
what we are writing, we do not think how we write. It is "second nature". It is not static and should be considered a snapshot even changing from day to day. As we develop as
individuals, our handwriting will change and shift with us.
This methodology is widely used by psychoanalysts in Europe and other professionals called Graphologists. The first historical use of handwriting started in 1265 when Roger Bacon wrote how handwriting revels personality traits.
The 16th century saw many more publications on handwriting with the earliest complete reference was published in 1695. A German, Niclas Spadons published over 800 pages in 3 volumes - all on handwriting analysis.
